The Ultimate Comfort Food : Strawberry Banana Bread Pudding

When I think of comfort food the first thing I think of is bread pudding.   A while back a friend and I went out for dinner and we had this amazing bread pudding for dessert.   It was a strawberry banana bread pudding and since that day I have not been able to get it out of my head.   So like any good food blogger I thought I would try to recreate it or something like it.   And I must say I have impressed myself with this one.  I hope you enjoy it as much as I did.

The Best Basic Yellow Cupcake

My sons 7th birthday was a couple of weeks ago.  I wanted to do something nice for his classmates at school and to help him celebrate his birthday with them.  I decided on making cupcakes for them all to enjoy.   I decided on my basic yellow cupcake recipe as I wasn’t too sure of allergies in the classroom.    These cupcakes are delicious , moist and so simple to make.  I did a little extra with them and made some fondant decorate them with you can find that recipe here.    And this is the final product.   Recipe is below
